Equip Local Leaders

We walk alongside in-country leaders to strengthen their work and expand their impact as agents of change within their home countries. These leaders bring firsthand knowledge of the challenges children and families face, and they are uniquely positioned to drive sustainable transformation. Together, we share a vision of reaching more children with solutions that are locally rooted, culturally relevant, and lasting. Our investment goes beyond funding — we provide training and resources in trauma-informed care, grant writing, fundraising, program design, and monitoring and evaluation. We also co-create tools, curricula, and communication materials that equip leaders to engage families, influence decision-makers, and mobilize local support. By equipping churches, NGOs, and frontline workers, we empower these leaders to lead the charge, building strong, child-centered solutions that keep children safe, supported, and in families where they belong.
